OPEN BOX - Eastwood Magnum Bass

Story

It's the thought that counts! But still, sometimes a Christmas gift isn't quite what the recipient was looking for.

Every Holiday season we get a few returns for this very reason, and this Magnum Bass is one of them. Being that it is a return, we're not able to sell it as a "new" bass. However, a few short weeks ago it was a new bass - the difference is you can now get it for 20% OFF!

The bass is in as-new condition, recently taken back as a return. Minor signs of play may be visible, having been quality tested by our in-house staff as well as played by the original purchaser/recipient.

"What do the bands Sonic YouthMagazine, and Tool all have in common?

At one point in each of their careers, an Ovation Magnum I Bass was the instrument responsible for their low-end thump. Why was this their instrument of choice?

Maybe it was their solid, yet wild offset design. Maybe it was the tonal variety you could get from the stereo output. Or, maybe it was the massive neck humbucker that sounds just as big as it looks. Whatever the reason, we love this bass, and figured it was time to pay it some tribute...again!

This time, we've added a couple key features that made the original Magnum Bass special:
- Magnum Pickup Frame (will not be aluminum)
- Mono/Stereo Out"
