OPEN BOX - Sidejack Mark V

Story

It's the thought that counts! But still, sometimes a Christmas gift isn't quite what the recipient was looking for.

Every Holiday season we get a few returns for this very reason, and this Sidejack Mark V is one of them. Being that it is a return, we're not able to sell it as a "new" guitar. However, a few short weeks ago it was a new guitar - the difference is you can now get it for 20% OFF!

The guitar is in as-new condition, recently taken back as a return. Minor signs of play may be visible, having been quality tested by our in-house staff as well as played by the original purchaser/recipient.

"The 1960's Mosrite Mark IV was a very rare guitar. Not many were out there, but most notable was the one owned by Kurt Cobain. When his Mark IV sold, the auction estimate was $75,000. It was sold on April 27, 2004 at the Dallas Guitar Show at a closing price of $117,500. The second auction ended on April 14, 2006 with a closing price of $131,450.

We produced a batch of tributes to this model a few years back called the "Mark IV KC", but we've decided to re-launch the model under a new name and with a few cosmetic upgrades. The Sidejack Mark V will come standard with a stop tail bridge, but you can add a Les Trem if that's your thing!"
