Do you have a Return Policy?
Any DEMO or BSTOCK Eastwood guitar qualifies for the same return policy as outlined at eastwoodguitars.com, here.
For any non-Eastwood related instrument, our policy is as follows;
All sales made through our store are considered final. As a store specializing only in vintage, rare, and boutique instruments, it is our commitment to ensure that you get exactly what you pay for.
If you wish to not keep an instrument you've purchased from us for any reason, we are more than happy to offer an exchange on a case-by-case basis. Please see this page for more information on exchanges.
How much is shipping and how long does it take to process an order?
The MyRareGuitars fulfillment warehouse is located in Nashville, TN., USA.
We offer affordable (FREE within Continental USA) shipping with a 100% delivery guarantee. If an item is lost or misplaced during transit, we've got your back. However, if you would prefer to require a signature on delivery, you can opt for that when you place your order.
Eastwood and Rivolta brand instruments are backed with a Lifetime Limited Warranty - even B-STOCKS!
Regardless of brand, every guitar receives a full, professional set-up by one of our qualified technicians prior to shipping.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Domestic Standard Shipping throughout Continental USA is FREE. There are expedited options available as well, which you will be presented with at checkout.
If having a guitar shipped outside of the USA, we offer fast and affordable shipping. A total shipping fee will be calculated at the end of checkout, based on your address.
Do I have to pay taxes/duties when shipping internationally?
We do not charge any taxes, duties or any other import fees for shipments destined for addresses outside of the USA. These amounts will be charged and collected upon delivery. For more information, please see your government website.
