SHIPPING WORLDWIDE, DIRECT TO YOUR DOOR.

We offer affordable worldwide shipping with a 100% delivery guarantee. If an item is lost or misplaced during transit, we've got your back. However, if you would prefer to require a signature on delivery, you can opt for that when you place your order.

Every Eastwood brand instrument (including B-STOCK) is backed by our Lifetime Limited Warranty, and receives a full, professional set-up by one of our qualified technicians prior to shipping. 

SHIPPING COSTS:

MyRareGuitars main fulfillment location is in Nashville, TN., USA, but occasionally some guitars may be stocked in Canada, or Liverpool, UK. The cost of shipping will depend on the location of a particular instrument as compared to your address. 

Instruments located in Nashville: Standard Shipping throughout Continental USA is FREE. Shipping fees may apply for all other destinations, and will be calculated at checkout.

Instruments located in Liverpool, UK: Standard shipping throughout the UK and is FREE. Shipping fees may apply for all other destinations, and will be calculated at checkout.

Instruments located in Canada: Shipping fees may apply for all destinations, and will be calculated at checkout.

DUTIES AND TAXES:

We do not charge duties or taxes for international shipments outside of the USA. If your order is shipping to an address outside of the USA, additional Tax and import fees will be collected prior to delivery. For more information, please see your government website.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

•Prices on our website will be charged in USD. You can view an up-to-date exchange rate in your desired currency at any time by clicking the currency selector at the top of the page.

• Some purchases may be flagged with a small (usually 3%) Foreign or International Transaction Fee. If you have any questions about what this fee is, please contact your bank / credit card provider.

 We do our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days, but sometimes delays do occur.

If you require a specific delivery service please contact us directly and we will do our best to work with you.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you receive your item and simply do not like it for any reason, you can return for a full refund (less shipping) within 45 days of your purchase date.

If the item arrives damaged, we will refund, repair or replace at our discretion. 

Between 45 - 120 days, if you wish to return your item, we will retain a 20% restocking fee from your refund amount. After that time we will entertain returns or exchanges on a case by case basis only.
