Our warehouses are in Chicago, Nashville, USA and Liverpool, UK.  Orders are fulfilled from whichever warehouse has the right stock and quickest shipping time to reach you. 

It's the same fast delivery no matter where it ships from, and each guitar will receive a professional set-up before shipping. Typically 2-5 days delivery to your door with full email tracking. 

For security reasons, a signature will be required upon delivery of your package. 

SHIPPING COSTS:

Standard Shipping throughout the US, UK and EU is FREE. There are expedited options available as well, which you will be presented with at checkout.

If having a guitar shipped outside of the US, UK, or EU, we offer fast and affordable shipping. A total shipping fee will be calculated at the end of checkout, based on your address. 

DUTIES AND TAXES:

As of January 1st 2021, we do not charge duties or taxes for international shipments outside of the USA, UK, or Canada. These amounts will be charged and collected upon delivery. For more information, please see your government website.

We understand that BREXIT has caused quite a bit of confusion since its implementation, so if you're curious to know how we are handling things now for shipments to the European Union, please see this page.

LOVE IT OR RETURN IT

If you're not happy, we're not happy.

If you receive your item and simply do not like it for any reason, you can return for a full refund (less shipping) within 45 days of your purchase date.

If the item is "not as advertised", damaged or needs additional setup, we will refund, repair or replace at our expense, including shipping costs (UPS Ground only). 

Between 45 - 120 days, if you wish to return your item, we will retain a 20% restocking fee from your refund amount. After that time we will entertain returns or exchanges on a case by case basis only.

Please note that any additional taxes and duties charged upon delivery are considered the responsibility of the purchaser. If you wish to seek a refund for these amounts, please see your government website for more details.

All B-STOCK guitar sold through MyRareGuitars carry the same Eastwood warranty as if you were to buy the guitar brand new:

"Each of our guitars comes with a lifetime limited warranty. Eastwood warrants all instruments to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns it. Electronics, tuning machines, and other moving parts are warranted for a period of one year from the date of original purchase."

In addition, unless otherwise stated, our 45-day zero-risk return policy still applies.
