Airline Tri-Tone
Airline Tri-Tone
Description
Here we have an Airline Tri-Tone from the 2010's, modelled after the vintage Supro guitar of the same name.
The Tri-Tone can be thought of as the PRO version of the popular Airline Twin Tone, being built in Korea and featuring three pickups instead of two. Despite being over a decade old, this particular guitar is in fantastic shape, sounds, and plays great! It will ship set-up and ready to rock.
"Official re-issue Airline® Tri-Tone. SUPRO® Guitars were made in the USA from 1958-68 by VALCO and sold through Montgomery Ward. VALCO also made National and AIRLINE brands. We developed a custom pickup for this model with a unique pickup mount to closely replicate the original SUPRO® from the late 1950's. Optional Bigsby kicks it up to a whole new level of Retro Refined!"
