Airline Map DLX - Prototype (China)

MyRareGuitars' main facilities are located in Chicago, Nashville, and Liverpool. Occasionally we have some inventory located at offices in Canada. The cost of shipping will depend on the location of a particular instrument as compared to your address. Please see the 'Location' Tab for this product's location. If there is no Location tab, there is availability in multiple warehouses.

Instruments located in Continental USA: Standard Shipping throughout the USA is FREE. Shipping fees may apply for all other destinations, and will be calculated at checkout.

Instruments located in Liverpool, UK: Standard shipping throughout the UK and most EU Countries is FREE. Shipping fees may apply for all other destinations, and will be calculated at checkout.

Instruments located in Canada: Standard shipping throughout Canada is FREE. Shipping fees may apply for all other destinations, and will be calculated at checkout.

DUTIES AND TAXES:

As of January 1st 2021, we do not charge duties or taxes for international shipments outside of the USA, UK, or Canada. These amounts will be charged and collected upon delivery. For more information, please see your government website.

LOVE IT OR RETURN IT

If you're not happy, we're not happy.

If you receive your item and simply do not like it for any reason, you can return for a full refund (less shipping) within 45 days of your purchase date.

If the item is "not as advertised", damaged or needs additional setup, we will refund, repair or replace at our expense, including shipping costs (UPS Ground only). 

Between 45 - 120 days, if you wish to return your item, we will retain a 20% restocking fee from your refund amount. After that time we will entertain returns or exchanges on a case by case basis only.
