Eastwood Sidejack PRO DLX - Prototype

Description

The Eastwood Sidejack Series began life as a personal tribute to 1960’s Mosrite Guitars. Mosrite Guitars were made in USA and began gaining in popularity in the early 1960’s with the help of The Ventures.

Its distinctive shape features a reversed-Stratocaster look. The Sidejack Series improves upon the originals, introducing Eastwood's own tweaks and developments along the way. Here we have a prototype of the Sidejack PRO DLX, in mint condition. Most specs are unchanged, but there are a few cosmetic differences from the production model to note:

  • A naturally coloured neck (as opposed to the vintage tinted look)
  • unbranded pickups
  • unbranded, standard chrome knurled knobs
  • wilkinson gotoh-style tuners
  • Single bolts instead of a neck plate
